Refund policy

RETURNS
Goods purchased are eligible for a full refund if returned unused and in original condition and within 14 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. Items considered not in resalable condition will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Refunds will be issued to the original card. We advise that you have proof of postage as we are not responsible for missing items. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Parcels are returned at your own cost and we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage as we are responsible for your package only once it has been received into our store.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
